Designed for those with little or no experience using the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, this short course provides a basic overview of tax credit financing and how the credit works. Participants will be guided through a case study that will highlight aspects of the decision-making processes involved with, and the utility of, the LITHC. Participants are encouraged to be engaged and ask questions.
