Many associations are considering (or should consider) implementing an online community for their members, prospective members, staff and other constituents. This webinar will explore the advantages to an organization that such a community can provide, as well as the advantages that the participants will derive from such a community. The various components of a successful online community (such as groups, email lists, forums, wikis, and libraries) will be described.
